One person was killed and many more injured after a shooting in Southeast DC early Sunday morning.
DC police said the shots were fired around 1 a.m. Sunday in a 3,300-block block of Dubois Place SE, in a residential neighborhood located between Fort Circle Park and the northern Anacostia Highway.
At least nine people were transported to various nearby hospitals for treatment, a police spokesman confirmed. More details were not immediately available.
