A brush fire burns at the Sepulveda Pool in Los Angeles

Los Angeles firefighters responded to a 10-acre brush fire in the Sepulveda Pool in Los Angeles.

LAFD replied around 4:00 PM. to 5600 N Woodley Ave. to the 10-acre fire in or near the Sepulveda Wildlife Refuge.

The fire burns north of Highway 101 on either side of Burbank Boulevard. There are no reports of damaged structures.

First responders asked several homeless people to leave the park because many were in the area where the fire was actively burning, said Capt. Brandon Silverman, a LAFD public information officer. [1
