A Tennessee man is suing Popeys after he said he was unable to buy one of the chain's most popular chicken sandwiches.
Craig Bar's lawsuit claims "false advertising" and "fraudulent business practices," NBC News reported. The bar is seeking $ 5,000 in damages.
Bar says he drove to various places in the restaurant in search of a sandwich and was humiliated when his friends made fun of him. While driving, his car received $ 1,500 in damage to wheels and tires.
