With revelations like The Prince of Persia: Sands on a remake of time and The Immortals Fenyx Rising, many of Ubisoft Forward ‘s event on Thursday touched on things we’ ve seen from the publisher before. But the company also had a few surprises up its sleeve. One of them was AGOS: A game of space.
This is a new title for VR space exploration, where you will play as an AI, guiding survivors trying to find a new home away from Earth. Based on the trailer shared by Ubisoft, much of the game involves piloting a probe. Consider: SpaceX Crew Dragon simulator, but in VR. Along the way, you will be able to equip your probe with various components while cleaning resources and finding new technologies. Everything is tuned to music and cinema that will remind you of Christopher Nolan Interstellar.
