Amazon Echo Frames

Amazon glasses, which allow you to talk to Alexa, are now available to anyone who can purchase.
The new Echo Frames cost $ 249.99 and will ship on December 10th. Amazon launched Frames at its annual hardware event last year as part of its Day 1
Amazon introduced improvements to the second-generation Echo Frames based on user feedback by invitation only.
Among the updates are up to 40% longer battery life, an automatic shut-off function for maximum battery life when the glasses are not in use, an improved “VIP filter”, which now not only allows users to prioritize notifications from certain applications and contacts, but also calendar alerts and group messages, and the “Auto Volume” feature, which automatically adjusts the volume of the device based on the noise level in the user’s environment. Echo Frames are also available in three new colors: modern turtle, horizon blue and classic black.
The lenses are clear, but Amazon said customers can get prescription lenses placed at the LensCrafters store.
Consumers who purchase the first-generation Echo Frames on request will be able to purchase the upgraded version for $ 70, Amazon said. An Amazon spokesman declined to say how many users purchased Echo Frames as part of the invitation program.
While Echo Frames are “graduating” to a full launch, Amazon said it is dropping another Day 1 Edition product, the Echo Loop ring. Echo Loop, which also launched last year, was a titanium ring that allowed users to talk to Alexa.
Customers who purchase Echo Loop will continue to receive updates and support for the device, Amazon said.
