The court case of Amber Portwood continues. The mother of two was arrested on July 5 when she allegedly assaulted her life boyfriend after a verbal argument. Killed by three crimes, Portwood is ordered to stay away from Andrew Glenn, the man he attacked. She was initially ordered to stay away from her one-year-old son James, but has since received supervisory visits. Along with several offenses, it looks like Portwood will also have a custody battle. Glenn seems ready to pack things in Indiana and return to California with baby James.
Andrew Glennon moving?
TMZ discloses court documents filed by Glennon last week. The father of one filed a motion to move the file to the Indiana courts. It is alleged that the father of one intends to return to California by November 201
In the documentation, Glennon notes that he has no ties to Indiana and has a life back in California. He is said to have worked at Golden State. Initially, Glenn was originally from California but moved. in Indiana to be closer to Portwood. Portwood does not want to move at this time because of his custody agreement with Gary Shirley. Shirley has primary custody of Portwood's first child, Leah.
Is Glenn legally removing James from the state?

In theory, Glennon could withdraw James from the state if a judge agreed to the move and provided Glenn with primary physical custody of the child. Portwood could technically fight him on the issue, but because of the current allegations against her, it will be a difficult battle. Portwood's story of chaotic behavior and mental health struggles can also play a judge's decision.
it is not yet known if Portwood will serve prison for the domestic assault
incident. He had previously served a prison sentence when he refused to enter
rehabilitation program after another domestic violence incident. 2010
the incident stems from a dispute between Portwood and her then-fiance Gary
Shirley. Since then, Shirley has maintained primary custody of Portwood's first child
does that mean for the Portwood lawsuit?
While Glennon's intention to leave Indiana turns out to be the final blow to the couple's relationship, it probably doesn't mean much in her court case. Glennon, who called Portwood police after she claimed he came to him with a machete, is assisting in the court case.
Glenn was indicted only as a witness. The evidence
which will be used in this case are probably already presented. Glennon's desire to
