The Respawn community manager has responded to Reddit on some current issues in Apex Legends. The main issues acknowledged in this update are hitboxes and crashes.
Maybe the biggest problem with Apex Legends emerged recently. There are criticisms of how the symbol boxes work. Consequently, the Respawn community manager has addressed Reddit as a post.
Although there were no updates / remarks to fix this, Jayfresh_Respawn said, "We will be turning to him in the future." Another key issue, which is rather fixed than just acknowledged, is a super distance from a parachute. Some players managed to fly the map, obviously giving them an unfair advantage.
The Respawn community manager said, "We've applied some fixes," and "We continue to pursue and address all the exploits that are emerging." The Breakup of PC
Respawn has also dealt with the issues of crashing the PC. They explained how time will be required to perform the patch. "We have to account for thousands of different hardware configurations and settings, so multi-crash replication, application and testing of fixes will take time."

Respawn also let Apex players know the two ways in which problems can be fixed. Packet Servers are done "on the server and do not require a patch to be pushed to your computer or consoles." However, the patch of the client is different, "these are patches that you will need to download and update to get the game.
