Respawn Entertainment has published a detailed update focused on answering different questions from the Apex Legends community and a detailed description of what fans can expect from future updates.
Apex Legends has not even come out for two weeks and is already shaking through important events with impressive ease while collecting more than 25 million players.
With a long update published in Apex Legends, Respawn has made it clear that they will strive to reach new heights out of the game by touching a few key points of discussion that have arisen in the community over the past two weeks.
Respawn started the update by letting fans know they were receiving crash reports on all platforms "seriously" and will be looking to improve things in the near future.
Players can expect a new patch next week (no date specified) that will aim to improve the stability, performance and other qualities of life.
In addition, Respawn went into detail explaining the bug reporting process to relieve many fears of lost reports. With more than 25 million players and a census, there was no shock to hearing that many scammers were spotted in the first two weeks of the release.

Even if you have no evidence, simply marking the ID will allow Respawn to investigate the profile and make sure fraudsters will be dealt with as soon as possible.
Maybe the most important of all, Respawn outlined what would be a heavy and regular schedule update for the coming weeks.
The Apex Legends subtitle will be published on a daily basis, and although not all will contain important news, the open line of communication will certainly be positively received by the community.
The first confirmed that the forthcoming start of Season 1 was discussed in March.

A lot of talk!
We know this is disappointing for many of you on all platforms. We hear you and we take this matter seriously. Improving stability, efficiency and quality of life is a great priority for us and we need to do a lot of work. We did our first patch earlier this week and we have many more coming [including one next week!]. We will always provide patch notes when they come out. No, I can not tell you what else is in it.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN READING THINGS?
We always listen and look for reported issues. As you can imagine, when you play the game out of nowhere and 25 million people appear in the first week, any problems, mistakes, feats, etc. will be discovered. Our customer service team provides daily reports and many people from the developer team find and send emails links to reported social channel and reddit issues. We also have some tools that capture all kinds of game data, measure moods and give insight into the most discussed things about Apex Legends.
When the issues are reported, they are scanned by our wonderful QA team, who is trying to reproduce the problem based on the information they have. If they are able to replicate it, the ticket is created and they add to other known issues, prioritize, schedule, and assign to the appropriate developers to address it. How do we prioritize? We use data to tell us how many people are affected, how damaging the exploitation can be, how much resources we'll need to fix it, and so on.

If we can "replicate the problem locally, it is quite impossible to fix it. That is why it is extremely important to provide as much information as possible when reporting a problem you are experiencing. If you just post: "My game is still crashing. Fix it. "There are not many things we can do to help you and we really want to help you!
So, help us help you. The best place to report errors is to use the link below and follow some steps:
- What platform do you play?
- Origin ID / Gamertag / PSN
- What are you doing, bringing up the problem?
- Can you play it? What are the steps?
- PC players – Provide hardware features, operating system version, and graphics processor driver version.
- If possible, it's great if you can capture a screenshot / photo or video.

Your trust is really important to us. Seriously. We said at the launch that we will always strive to be direct, honest and transparent as we can with all of you. Here's how we'll start doing this:
- We'll start making more regular updates like this one. I will post daily posts starting Tuesday from next week. Not all of them will be a break of the base or important news, but think of it as our way of checking every day to handle what we can.
- Livestreams! While we speak, a production team builds up sound and is right here in Respawn. I can not wait to start and start showing the show with the team. We will debut our first developer during the launch of Season 1.
- With the permission of all of you and the fashion team, I would like to have a special place here where I can give you a list of tips to fix some issues
- Join a few more things in the works we will be talking about in the near future.
