In a new report seen by AppleInsider acclaimed Apple advisor Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that Apple's desire to equip every 2020 iPhone with 5G will lead to drastic price increases. & nbsp;

"Kuo believes that the basic logic behind the iPhone 2020 5G will need to grow by about 10% in the field to keep up with new technology," explains AppleInsider. "This increase in floor space will come with cost – production of the board & lsqb; mother & rsqb; the production of some antennas will require a 35% increase in the cost of building this component. "& nbsp;

Kuo reveals that the motherboard is one of the most expensive components in the iPhone, with only the OLED display and the A Series processor costing more. As AppleInsider puts it: "At present, 5G options for handset delivery add about $ 400 to the price of an already expensive flagship phone like the Galaxy S10."

While Apple has an economic scale like no other, the company also has profits like no other. which means that the decision to equip any new iPhone with 5G is difficult. I suspect that Apple will be able to pull off the current $ 400 premium (though it uses Qualcomm 5G models as its competitors), but it seems inevitable that iPhone fans will have to make a few hundred bucks added to their next phones. & Nbsp;

And it's a hard pill to swallow because leaks reveal the plans of Apple's 2020 Apple are some of the most ambitious in iPhone history. Perhaps the most upside-down is the return of the 1945 Touch ID but there will also be new screen sizes stunning 120Hz ProMotion displays long-term 3D cameras and the long-awaited switching to USB-C . Of course, the problem with all this irrigation technology is that it will also not be cheap. ;
