In the past, we made fun of Apple's fake battery cases here in TNW but they seem to be popular enough that Apple decided to keep making them from the iPhone 6s. For the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max, Apple does something a little different: it adds a dedicated camera button.
It's somewhat surprising that Apple adds functionality to an external accessory like this, but if there is one that makes sense, it's the iPhone 11; this is probably the biggest jump in iPhone image quality since the introduction of portrait mode.
The button is able to directly launch the camera application, whether the phone is locked or unlocked. One quick tap will take a photo once in the app, and hold down the button will capture video.
Apple does not specify how big the batteries are in the cases, but says everyone should provide "up to 50 percent longer battery life. "This is especially noticeable given that Apple has made huge gains in battery life this year ̵
Otherwise, it retains all your iPhone features, including support for lightning accessories, wireless charging and fast charging, Cases will set you back $ 129.
