Today reports (July 22, 2019) show that Art Popp Funk Neville, the cult musician of New Orleans and founder member of The Meters and The Neville Brothers

According to NOLA.com, the singer and keyboardist have died at 81. For years Neville has struggled with health problems, but no specific cause of death has been reported.
