Former mixed martial arts champion BJ Penn was involved in another physical altercation outside a bar, according to video footage obtained by TMZ.
Penn was drinking with friends at Lava Shaq in Pajo on Tuesday night, when he was involved in a dispute with another patron.
According to a TMZ video, Pen and another man swap words outside bars on Hawaii, with the other man stabbing Pen first with a punch in the face before Pen recovers and attacks, finishes mounting and rains down.
This is the second fight Pen has participated in this summer. Pen was at Oahu when he entered the duel outside the Femme Nu strip club in June. No arrests have been made in this case.
40-year-old Penn battles in the UFC in May, losing Clay Guido's unanimous decision. He is the UFC Hall of Fame and is the second fighter in history to win world titles in various weight classes.
UFC President Dana White said last month that despite missing out on a series of 7 fights, Pen would last fight in the Octagon when he faced Nick Lenz at UFC 242 in September.
The UFC has not yet commented on Penn's condition since Tuesday's incident.
