Brown Jr., Bobby’s half-brother Christina Brown, who died in 2015, was 28 years old.
Los Angeles Police Department officials responded to a call for emergency medical care on Wednesday around 1:50 p.m., spokesman Jeff Lee confirmed to CNN.
Brown Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene. There is no suspicion of a foul, Lee added.
In a statement to CNN, Nick Satmari, Brown’s senior agent, said he had “no comment” on the death.
Years of loss and grief
The autopsy showed that drug intoxication and immersion led to pneumonia and brain damage that killed the 22-year-old.
Gordon was found guilty in a civil case of her death.
In January 2020, Gordon died of heroin toxicity, according to a toxicity report.
“He works hard to raise his head and stay sober and … he really wanted a happy, healthy life with his family more than anything else,” said Gordon’s lawyer, Joe Habachi. “My heart goes out to the family and friends that Nick leaves behind, as well as to all the other families who deal with the loss and emotional pain caused by drugs.”
