I was persecuted. I could not get out. I ran to the nearby bush, and yet I was not safe. I was almost dead. I called a friend nearby to help, but I was not supposed to say anything. They had seen the persecution and collided to save me, to repel me from the pursuer, and allow my team to win. We welcomed and immediately jumped to another match. This was my experience during a recent Brawl Stars free mobile game.
Brawls Stars is the latest game from Supercell mobile developers, best known for its previous Clash Royale Clash of the Clans and games. When Clash Royale came out for the first time, I played it for weeks. But it quickly became a grind, then a game. So I was very hesitant to try Brawl Stars. Luckily, Supercell made Brawl Stars significantly less than their other games.
Let's now remove this: Brawl Stars has micro-transactions and boxes for loot. You will not deal with it, and if you do not play a game that includes these elements, I understand. But I play a lot of mobile games and Brawl Stars feels better than most games when it comes to forcing players to spend money. Brawl Stars happily reject timers or paywalls. Always lets you play no matter how many matches you have already completed. These matches will always win you trophies that unlock new awards through a battle as a system.
I'm still going back to Brawl Stars because she always feels fresh. It reminds me of Fortnite how often something new is offered. Every day, game modes and maps rotate and go. The end result is that I always have something new to check every time I play. Just like Fortnite Brawl Stars includes battle for royal mode. This mode and MOBA inspired mode for collecting precious stones never turn around the game. This is for several reasons. One is how small the map is. You will often encounter players. The card also shrinks much faster than in games such as PUBG or Fortnite . Finally, the top-down camera angle lets you see players from all angles. Which means you can easily notice enemies or notice them from other players. The mode supports 10 players and can be played alone or with a partner.
Another popular and permanent mode is Gem Grab. This mode of play, as the name suggests, has players who grab precious stones. These stones are thrown in the middle of the map. The first team to take 10 and keep them long enough, wins.
This mode looks like a simplified MOBA. I reminded myself of Heroes of the Storm which does a great job of rationalizing some of the more difficult or boring parts of MOBA. Gem Grab is even simpler. There is only one goal and one way to win: pick up 10 stones.
Although there are different maps for Gem Grab, they all contain shrubs and walls. Players can hide in bushes, as in most MOBA, and can use roofing walls. (While careful, some super attacks interrupt the walls and destroy the bushes.) While Gem Grab and the other modes in Brawl Stars are simple, they are not dull to play. There is a surprising strategy when you play.
For example, in Gem Grab, collecting precious stones is great, but it also makes it a great target for the enemy team. But if a player has all of his precious stones, it's much easier to hide them and protect them from attacks. But it also means you have to trust your teammate with all your racing games. But if you scatter them, as one player takes three and someone else takes 7, it's harder to keep track of the stones and where they are on the map.
The size of the strategy in Brawls Stars is perfect. The game does not support chat or even emotions, so if you do not play with friends, you will not be able to communicate with the other two players in your team. So each mode is designed so it can be easily reproduced by random. This also means that if you make a mistake, nobody can scream you in the chat. Brawl Stars controls well and feels perfect for mobile devices. Holding the device sideways, you are moving with a virtual left stick and aiming with a virtual right stick. But I seldom aim. Instead, players can simply touch the right side of the screen and attack the enemy in the closet. This is perfect when you chase and you have to shoot behind you.
Do enough damage to enemy players and you will gain super power. This varies depending on your brawler, but these additions can help rescue a teammate, stop the enemy or create a shortcut. to play for a few minutes and then slide the phone back into your pocket.
