Let's make one thing quite clear: we have no idea if Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson joins the Star Wars universe and the recent wave of speculation suggests that this is just another case of the Internet jumping to conclusions for nothing.
And yet! There is something to be said for taking Larson to social media to cover this non-story completely. Partly because yes, Larson who stars in the movie Star Wars would be very cool. But mostly because he seems to enjoy driving on internet trolls and I respect him.
This rumor came earlier this week when it was revealed that Marvel Studios master Kevin Fage would create a new Star Wars movie with the movie Lucasfilm . Kathleen Kennedy . The report included this harrowing detail: "Fage told the lead actor that there was a specific role that this person would want to play when and if he made the film." Naturally, everyone immediately suggested that this lead actor should be a Marvel veteran's cinema of the Universe, because clearly Fage only knows actors who appear in Marvel films, and he has certainly never bothered to meet even someone who has not yet signed on to be a superhero for him.
And this is the origin story behind the rumors of Brie Larson, rumors blazing from the actress herself, won by Oscar Room in a series of Twitter and Instagram posts:
Has anyone said Star Wars? ! pic.twitter.com/e6vVm5wW2p

Does this mean anything at all? Of course not. This confirms literally nothing beyond the fact that Larson, like most people reading this article, would say no to joining Star Wars . Given her marvelous reflections on Captain Marvel's character, it would be no pleasure to see her journey long ago, in a galaxy far, far away.
Of course, all you have to do is boldly answer these posts to find out why Larson will play this particular game. The sexist trolls who remain convinced that Larson and Captain Marvel's character are canceling the entire MCU (someone tell him at the box office of Avengers: Endgame ) are still in full force, but still comment on everything she shares and still noisily announces her about the death of pop cinema as we know it. Honestly, Larson, who keeps these people annoying, is that he deals with good public service as far as I'm concerned. Plus, this isn't the first time she's made "Star Wars" on social media:
Anyway, I don't think we'll see Brie Larson in "Star Wars ." There is nothing to support this. But please continue to annoy everyone, Brie! Some of us enjoy the enthusiasm and those who are angry with it must get used to this feeling because it is here to stay.
