Spears was in Hawaii as her attorney, Samuel Ingham, appeared in court on her behalf last week to hear the Quaestors. During a Nov. 10 hearing, a judge denied Spears’ request to remove her father, Jamie, from her role in her conservatory, which allowed him to control various parts of her career and personal life for the past 12 years.
However, the judge said he would consider future petitions to stop or remove him, according to a number of sites. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for December 16.
