Britney Spears is expected to appear in court on Wednesday for a storage battle, which multiple sources have described as a "fireworks show".
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ. .. Britney's mother, Lynn will ask the judge to terminate Jamie as Britney's conservator. Currently Britney's care manager, Jody Montgomery is the temporary conservative at Jamie's request and is expected to return the reins on January 20. But we are told that Lynn thinks Jamie is no longer fit to continue in
Critical evidence is expected to be uncovered during the hearing – the report of an assessor appointed by a court who spent months gathering evidence of care which Britney received. The evaluator looked at Britney's primary care physician, Dr. Timothy Benson who died unexpectedly on August 24, suddenly 48 years old. We were told that the assessor had placed Dr. Benson and Jamie under a microscope, but so far it seemed that only the judge knew what was in the report.
The good news for Jamie … is that he has just dismissed the child abuse case against him against the dispute on on August 24 who had with Britney's eldest son, 14 Sean.
The bad news about Jamie … he's still under a restraining order that forbids him from having contact with any of Britney's two children.
And there is more bad news for Jamie … We are told that Britney is furious at his confrontation with Sean, where he seems to be lending his hands. Our sources say Britney has not spoken to Jamie since the incident. And we are told that Britney is very likely to appear in court and support Lynn, with whom she has approached for the past 6 months.
But, here … they tell us, Lynn won't want to become Britney's Conservative. We know that Lynn did not object to Jody Montgomery as a temporary Conservator but we do not know how she would feel about making him permanent.
Someone involved in the case tells TMZ that there will be "big surprises" in court.
