BYU QBs Hall, Romney leading Cougars to quit USU, interrupting 2-game losing streak by Aggies

LOGAN – After spending several years in the Cash Valley, the Old Wheel of Vans, symbolizing the rule of rivalry in the state of BYuT, returns to Provo.
