Finally … finally, finally, finally – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is about to get a little smaller on your computer with its new update 1.28, which will be available in the next few hours.

The new update will allow PC owners of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to uninstall certain parts of the game, so if you only play Warzone or MW multiplayer, you can uninstall the single player campaign and save some valuable space on your HDD or SSD.

The news comes from Paul Hale, who is the production director of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, announcing it on Twitter. We don’t know what else the new COD update will include: MW 1.28 or how big the patch will be – but whatever it takes to reduce the storage required for PC users, as the game is weighing about 250GB ̵
