Canon announced the EOS M200, an extension of the M100, which was introduced in April 2017.
The MC100 upgrades include the latest Canon DIGIC 8 processor, improved autofocus, and the addition of UHD video recording. The fact that Canon lists the ability to record UHD as the main specification in 2019 with a slight alarm.
Canon is targeting this camera as an upgrade for people using smartphones for photography. Given the features and capabilities of the new iPhone 11 Pro, luck draws people away with this camera.

In terms of video features, the camera is quite tricky. It will record UHD at 23.98 or 25fps and full HD at 59.94fps. If you want to save 119.9fps or 100fps that can only be done at 720p.
You can also record vertical video as well as make movie time lapses. Movies can be played on a mobile device in a vertical orientation so that they are optimized for sharing on social media after they have been shot.

There is no headphone jack or microphone on the camera.
The camera has Dual Pixel CMOS AF and AF Detection AF.
Canon EOS M200 LCD touch screen rotates 180 degrees but does not rotate. Why you can still use this for Vlogging (if you don't mind having zero microphone inputs), most users would probably prefer the screen to tilt and tilt.
The camera has a self-portrait mode that allows users to change real-time settings such as background blur and brightness.
For the first time on an EOS camera, the movie record button is displayed on the touch screen when you select Movie Mode.
The Canon EOS M200 includes Canon's Creative Assist feature, a set of effects, filters, and color-tuning tools that you can apply to photos when composing an image or after it's done. These include a range of creative filters, including black and white grainy color, fisheye and soft focus.
The camera can connect to smart devices via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi using the free Canon Camera Connect app for iOS and Android. From here, images and videos can be downloaded, viewed and shared manually. Images can also be automatically sent to a smart device as they are taken. While the camera is within range of Bluetooth, it can be permanently connected to the smart device even when the camera is off.
The Canon Camera Connect app also makes it easy to shoot remotely with your smartphone or tablet.
The camera has an HDMI Micro-Type-D connector but no information is available on HDMI.
What is different from the M100?
Not much! It uses the same 24.2 MP CMOS sensor and a major form factor. The only big differences are the DIGIC 8 processor and the ability to record UHD movies.
The camera uses an LP-E12 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and Canon claims it's good for about 90 minutes of video and about 315 shots.
Size and Weight
The Canon EOS M200 weighs 299 g (including battery and memory card). available in black or white. It can be customized with a variety of face jackets if you want to match your outfit (if you look like it).
