One of the biggest complaints from people including Pokémon Go is the installation of sports halls and PokéStops in areas that happen as residential and private property. So far as it leads to a California lawsuit on the issue. However, there is a proposal to settle the case, which may change all this if Niantic accepts the offer. The variety broke the news this afternoon, arguing that the deal would force the company to create a website where property owners can ask for the location to be moved or removed from their system if it is within 40 meters from their property. If the variation passes, it would not be totally detrimental to Pokémon Go but it will probably open the door to many popular places to disappear overnight as there are only some companies and homes that have done that people have fun and trolling their property just to catch Pokemon at 3 am. The plaintiffs in the case are looking for $ 1,000 each "for their service in the classroom and helping to achieve the substantial benefits of the agreement."
