No, Cuphead not yet in Smash Bros. – it’s just a Mii costume – but artist Daniel Cortes imagined a world in which Smash Bros. is in Cuphead instead.
As part of the daily challenge to himself, Cortes paints each individual character from Smash Bros. in Cuphead’s distinctive art style, based on 1930s animated films. So far, he’s only on the 18th day, which means he’s covered up some of the big strikers – Mario, Luigi, Peach and friends – and is now making his way through some of Smash Bros.’s weirder inclusions, such as Simon Belmont of Castlevania and Ridley from Metroid.
