Dropbox has announced that it is now rolling out the Dropbox Spaces app, which was revealed in June.
The idea behind Dropbox Spaces is to build a hub created around shared user files. In practice, this means that each space has a textual description and basic task lists for managing upcoming tasks. In addition, the application now allows you to view files, search images and integrate paper documents.
On top of that, Slack, Zoom, and Trello can all be integrated into Dropbox Space, while cloud files like Google Docs can also be entered.
Meanwhile, a new "For You" tab on Windows and Mac extracts calendar information and finds relevant files. This section will also show a timeline of recent activity from the user's team.
Here you can find a complete breakdown of the changes.
