Florida added 3,841 cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, 29 deaths

The Florida Department of Health reported an increase in 3,841 cases of COVID-19 on Sunday and another 29 deaths related to the virus.

The state has currently investigated 2,242,778 cases of COVID-19 since the outbreak.

According to the latest data from the health department, there are 35,268 deaths. Another 700 non-residents died in Florida from COVID-19.

Coronavirus-related deaths reported in the past day include seven in Miami-Dade County and two in Broward County.

There are 90,823 hospitalizations in the country attributed to the new coronavirus.

At least 8,893,992 people have been vaccinated against COVID-1

9 in Florida, and 6,328,296 people in the state have been fully vaccinated.

The degree of positivity across the country for yesterday’s testing was 5.87%, the fifth consecutive day was below 6%.
