GameStop will be among the first retailers in the United States to open Black Friday shopping for bonanza purchases.
In a news release, GameStop has announced that it will open at 3pm Thanksgiving time, and will remain open until 10am local time. This is all normal and expected for GameStop, as the company had the same Thanksgiving hours of 2017.
However, before that, GameStop remained closed on Thanksgiving with respect to company employees who could have family reunions this day.
GameStop Black Friday deals actually start early, as the deals will go live on GameStop's website starting Wednesday, November 27 at 8:00 PM CT.
On Black Friday itself, November 29, GameStop will open at 7am and close at 1
