The official Android account on Twitter has just revealed some previously unannounced new audio hardware, such as a tweet (and then deleted) post for the Pixel Buds A-Series. The post itself doesn’t say much about the new headphones, other than that they include the new Bluetooth fast pairing already available in the new Fitbit Luxe wearable.
9to5Google noticed the tweet and reported a number of rumors about the upcoming Pixel Buds, which may be available in new white and green colors along with their updated Bluetooth hardware. The “A” mark may mean that they will come in at a lower price than their predecessors, which started at $ 179, but rumors suggest that their touch controls will remain the same. Google’s virtual I / O conference is scheduled to begin on May 18, and we may receive confirmed information about them then, if not earlier.
