Senate Republicans have enough votes to confirm late Supreme Court Deputy Judge Ruth Bader Ginsberg ahead of the Nov. 3 election, Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Lindsey Graham, RS.C., told Hannity on Monday.

“We have the votes to confirm the replacement of Judge Ginsberg before the election. We will move forward in the committee, we will report on the nomination outside the committee to the floor of the US Senate so we can vote before the election. This is the constitutional process.”
Protesters gathered in front of Graham’s home in Washington, DC, on Monday morning after he promised to move the Senate nomination process.
Graham’s critics cited his remarks after Senate Republicans refused to move forward on Barack Obama’s nomination for Judge Merrick Garland in 2016. As early as October 2018, the South Carolina Republican said: “And the main trial has begun, we will wait until the next elections. “
