Rupert Grint fits into the hideous relationship between his Harry Potter stars Emma Watson and Tom Felton.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 31-year-old actor stated that Watson (who plays the Hermione Granger love affair with his Ron Weasley) may actually have eyes for Felton, who played the bear Draco Malfoy.

When asked if he could ever see his colleagues meeting, he replied, "Yes, I could. There was always something. There was a little spark."

He went on: "I don't want to start anything … But we were kids. It was like any kind of playground romance."

As for himself, Grint says he was "no spark" during the franchise shoot.

The 29-year-old Watson made headlines earlier this month to introduce a new spin on the term "single."

"I never believed the whole spiral of 'I'm happy single,'" she told British Vogue. "I was like, 'This is a complete spiel. "It took me a long time, but I'm very happy (to be married). I call him an independent partner. ”

Later, Felton praised Watson's new label.

The actor, 32, expressed his admiration for his star Potter star and Watson's business trip to identify himself as a "partner". [19659012] Emma Watson and Tom Felton "width =" 540 "data-mycapture-src =" "data-mycapture-sm-src =" "/>
