How the Jets Can Handle Big Holes in the Third Day Defense of the NFL Draft

Here’s what to expect from the Jets on the third day of the 2021 NFL project.

Defense, defense, defense.

The Jets used their first three variations for the 2021 draft in violation. Now is the time to help the defense. The Jets enter Day 3 of the draft with big holes in the cornerback and linebacker and they could also use edge to edge. They also need to add running backwards.

The Jets have six picks on Saturday – two each in the fourth, fifth and sixth rounds.

The best corner connections available are Tay Gowan from Central Florida, Shaun Wade from Ohio, Shakur Brown from Michigan State and Marco Wilson from Florida. The other best backers are Jabril Cox from LSU, Dylan Moses from Alabama and KJ Britt from Auburn.

Michael Carter of North Carolina and Kenneth Guinwell of Memphis are among the best defenders left.

In the sixth round, the Jets may seem to add a kick.
