In five years Saturday Night Live and an Emmy nomination for her work, Leslie Jones had enough. She amazed many by leaving her concert as a full-time member of the cast.
Now she has reappeared as an executive producer and host of a new version of the game show Supermarket cleaning of ABC.
“I do not miss it. In general – Jones told ET about his days in SNL. “It was hard work, man. This job was like two jobs and also very restrictive. I was not very free there. “
Apparently her new concert is fulfilling her. “It’s just, you know, a comedian’s dream come true,” she told Supermarket cleaning work.
The revived Supermarket cleaning follows the same format as when it debuted in 1
The new version will give more money. “We have a lot of bonuses, we give money to the most important workers every week,” Jones said. She added that safety protocols would be in force during the pandemic.
Jones once tried an earlier version of the show, but failed to qualify when a roommate ran out. Now she has achieved a dream.
“When you see the carts and you see the game and you go, ‘Oh, well, I’m the host too. Oh, that’s fun! Said Jones.
