A Brazilian woman accused of assaulting a man carrying the MAGA at a restaurant in Falmouth, Massachusetts now faces deportation after being imprisoned by the US Immigration and Customs Service soon then arrested by the local police for the incident.
In a statement given to NBC Boston 10, John Mohan, a public affairs officer at ICE's Boston office, said that 41-year-old Rossian Santos is "illegally present Brazilian citizen."

The video of the collision seems to indicate that Santos is behind a man with a MAGA hat, labeled with the favorite slogan of President Donald Trump.
"That's the problem," says the man who has since been identified as Brighton Turner. in the video. "I'm trying to sit here to eat good food. According to NBC Boston 10, court documents show that when the police asked Santos why she turned to Turner, she said it was because she was supporting President Donald Trump.
It is reported that Santos was released by the local police for his own admission, but on Tuesday he was taken into custody. It is unclear how ICE has learned about Santos, or local police have warned the Immigration Agency about the arrest. Emanuel Santos, a 41-year-old's husband, told Boston 25 News that he did not think "ICE would have been involved if it had not been the video" since the incident on February 15th.
He said he believed that Turner, not his wife, had instigated the incident by carrying a hat "MAGA" in a Mexican restaurant. "I think you're trying to provoke some people," he told Turner.
From his wife, Emmanuel Santos said, "As a foreigner you go through many, she has experienced a lot in her life, she felt she had to advocate for herself and others."
The Falmouth Police and CIA did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
In recent months, there have been a number of incidents in which the hat of "Make America Great Again" was turning.
Earlier this week, an 81-year-old man was attacked in New Jersey by someone who approached him on his red MAGA hat.
The man was left with minor injuries from the alleged attack, which he claimed was in a supermarket, according to CBS New York.
In July 2018, a man was arrested in San Antonio after the video showed up, showing that he was teasing a teenager for wearing the MAGA hat at the Whataburger restaurant.
