Some people seeking vaccinations against COVID-19 in Dorchester on Monday were able to get the pictures, although they did not meet state requirements, officials said.
The Vaccination Clinic at the Auditorium Russell began vaccinating people aged 18 and over due to an error in the pre-registration process, according to a statement from the Boston Medical Center, which runs the clinic in collaboration with local partners.
“The clinic has stopped vaccinations for this age group and we are adhering to state guidelines before full eligibility later this month,” the BMC said in a statement.
