“Success” Season 3 of HBO added Alexander Skarsgård to his lineup.
Skarsgård will play Lucas Matson in the third season of the critically acclaimed series, which has been described as successful, founder and CEO of Confrontational Technology. He joins the cast, which currently includes Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, Hiam Abbas, Nicholas Brown, Peter Friedman, Matthew McFaddien, Alan Ruck, Rob Young and others.
Planted by his rebellious son Kendall (Strong) at the end of Season 2, Logan Roy (Cox) begins Season 3 in a dangerous position. Seeking to secure family, political, and financial alliances, tensions are mounting as a fierce corporate battle threatens to turn into a family civil war.
Skarsgård is no stranger to HBO audiences, winning an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his role in Season 1

Production of Succession Season 3 was originally scheduled to begin early last year, but was delayed due to the pandemic. It is currently produced in New York.
Jesse Armstrong created the series and served as a showrunner. He is an executive producer with Adam McKay, Frank Rich, Kevin Messick, Will Ferrell, Jane Tranter, Mark Milod, Tony Roche, John Brown and Scott Ferguson.
