Pete Davidson has officially moved out of his mother’s basement and bought his own luxury home for $ 1.2 million – just before the new year, The Post may report.
The move comes four years after he resided on 1.3 million U.S. islands in Staten Island in 2016 for his mother, Amy Waters. Davidson, 27, lived in the basement of the home until December, when he moved into a high-rise building.
But he still stays close to home.
The Saturday Night Live star bought an apartment on the north shore of Staten Island, not far from his mother. The house was purchased through an LLC, records of the property show.

With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the corner residence is set on the water and boasts panoramic views of Manhattan.
In the original list, the photos show a Hawaiian-themed bathroom painted in a purple kitchen and one of the two bedrooms with bunk beds.
During a call for an increase posted to TikTok over the weekend, Davidson revealed that there is a new location.
“I just moved out of my mother’s house,” he said as he struggled to find his keys. He added when he entered, “I’m completely out. I took the pad. “
The news of his big move comes a month after his romance with Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynworth came to light.
According to the list, the apartment is described as “the pinnacle of a luxurious lifestyle.”
The house features high ceilings, high windows with plenty of natural light and a private terrace.
Other features of the home include an open-plan layout, a redesigned kitchen with a seating area on the peninsula, quartz countertops and a unique waterfall installation.
The main suite has a marble vanity bath, a jacuzzi, a separate shower and a wardrobe with a private door to the terrace.
Facilities in the building include a secure entrance for the concierge, a lobby for the occupants, a fitness center, a children’s playground and barbecue areas.
Dinevor and Davidson, 25, have reportedly been dating since early March.
An insider told Page Six that they were taking things slowly.
They are “not too serious”, the source revealed, adding that Davidson is engaged to “SNL” in New York and Dynevor is in England “almost for the rest of the year” when he starts filming Season 2 on his hit show Netflix “Bridgerton.”
