Two investment firms in New York design the purchase of more than 75 Shopko's and Shopkeeper's bankruptcies headquarters and will seek to hire, repair or sell  The properties include 25 in Wisconsin. At least 14 of them were purchased for a total of $ 67 million, according to State Department revenue figures. The prices and other information for the other 11 Wisconsin plots were not publicly available on Friday.
Investors also buy Shopko and Shopko Hometown stores in 13 other countries.
Included in the acquisition and marketing of properties are Monarch Alternative Capital, which specializes in troubled debts, and Raider Hill Advisors, an investment and consulting firm for real estate.

Heartland Hill buys property from an enterprise created by what is now Spirit Realty Capital Inc. Ghost bought more than 130 stores in Shopko for $ 815 million. In 2006 and leased them to the owner of Shopko, Sun Capital.
Shocco filed an application for bankruptcy protection on January 16, and tried to reorganize as a smaller regional footprint retailer. But after failing to find an investor to fund a reorganization, in mid-March the company said it would close all its stores and liquidate its assets. The last of the stores is expected to close in June.
The $ 67 million that investors in New York are known to have spent in Spopco in Wisconsin have so far included $ 6.9 million for Aswabonon headquarters. in total, records show is $ 31.3 million for one store Shopko in Rasin. This recorded price is much higher than that of other Wisconsin Shopko stores, which are sold for $ 1.5 million to $ 5.6 million.
CEO Raider Hill declined to answer questions Friday for purchases.
