After Foxhaven sent an email to all 4300 DHS employees last month, telling them to listen to Tupac's songs in honor of a birthday party the next day of the rapper, Governor Kim Reynolds (R) apparently had enough. Although Reynolds-the Office would not confirm or deny AP whether the e-mail led to Foxhaven's dismissal, Reynolds asked the Iowa officer to resign a day after sending the e-mail.
