Outbreaks of diseases occur in countries where they have not been seen for decades. And the number of people who decide not to vaccinate their children seems to be growing. This is one of the top 10 global health risks this year, according to the WHO. BBC Reporter Stephanie Hegarty went to Italy, where vaccines have become a big problem in recent years to explore a debate that has been filled with misinformation and fake news.
