Jaguar has directed the Tesla owners with advertising messages in which the car maker makes a brave comparison between I-Pace and Tesla Model X.
The British carmaker introduced I-Pace, its first fully electric vehicle
has found some success in several European markets, but sales are extremely slow in the US, although they offer 0% funding to increase sales.
Jaguar delivers only about 200 I-Paces per month.
Several Tesla owners have now reported that they have received I-Pace brochures by mail.
In the brochure Jaguar compares I-Pace favorably with Tesla Model X (Image of the Reddit trinitesla)):
Jaguar did not for the first time try to compare its electric car to the X model.
At the first launch of the car last year, Jaguar released a video of I-Pace racing racing with a vehicle already discontinued. version of Tesla Model X.
Let me start by saying that I like the I-Pace.
In my review of the Jaguar I-Pace earlier this year I noticed that this is a stunning electric vehicle and a good first entry into the electric car manufacturer's car despite several problems.
However, I have a problem with how Jaguar claims to be an SUV and compares to the X model.
Tesla's X model is a truly full size SUV that is much larger than I-Pace and holds a lot more cargo space, which is one of the most important features of an SUV relative to a sedan.
I do not know why Jaguar continues to insist on comparing it to the X model. I think they're doing a bad job when they work
This comparative table is just misleading.
Forget that they should not compare them first, Jaguar says the standard X model gets 250 miles per charge.
Clearly, where did they get this number, but the standard range of the X model is EPA with an approximate value of 255 miles
Also, they conveniently leave things like fast charging capacity, driver assistance features and load space in points of comparison. Jaguar has a stunning vehicle on his hands, which happens to be electric. This does not mean they have to secure it against any electric vehicle there.
I think they should focus on creating their own space on the electric car market, because if the banks to steal market shares from Tesla, they will
