Justin Wilson returns to the 10-day IL with the same left-sore soreness that put him there a few weeks ago, according to multiple reports by Citi Field on Saturday. Wilson went to IL on April 22, when he felt discomfort in his elbow. Everything looked good after his rehabilitation, but in his most recent exit on May 6, he settled down two runs at three strokes for an inning job.
The 31-year-old, who has signed a two-year $ 10 million bargain for the much-needed left hand of the season, will hope to find the cause of recurring soreness. Luis Avilan of IL, who leaves Daniel Zamora as the only bridle in the pen.
