Jenna Dwyang remained graceful in public during her split with ex-husband Channing Tatum, but has now revealed that her divorce has hit her much harder behind closed doors.
In her new memoir, entitled "Thin You: Finding Beauty and Balance Every Day," 38-year-old Devan, says Tatum, 39, did not raise her head before meeting her friend Jesse J. "I learned things about my ex that most people won't have to run into – and on the Internet, as it happens," she writes, as an excerpt from E! News. "There, alone on the plane, I found out about his new relationship.
Devan, who shares 6-year-old daughter Everley with Tatum, also revealed that she was in a "shock state" at the beginning of her separation.
"It felt like I was in a dark closet, desperately trying to find the light or the exit," she said. "One week, I would do very well, and the next day I would be flooded with a whole new set of emotions.

Only six months later, Tatum was spotted with Jesse J. during the tour, and sources at the time said the couple had been seeing each other for several months.
"Many times I hid under the covers, wondering what was next," Devan continued. "The pain hit me like an avalanche. I was completely overcome by fear and sadness. There have been many moments of sitting alone with grief to force me to surrender to my amusement. "
The Step Up star admitted that at times she wanted to respond impulsively.
"My instinct is to fight, to set the record straight," she said. "What stops me every time is, 'Choose to say what you would like to live with a week from today. "Or" Choose what Everly would like to read when she grows up. "
Despite his pain, Devan began dating actor Steve Kazi, with whom he is now expecting a child.
"When I was ready, I started to meet an incredible person," she said. "It was this cosmic big thing when we were spinning around each other after a moment of instant recognition years ago."
