President Joe Biden and Jill Biden joined the Queen and other senior members of the Royal Family for a fine party on Friday night for G7 leaders.
The first pair arrived at hand; the president in a dark suit and stripped tie with the first lady wearing a trench coat over a dark dress.
The bold reception, organized by the 95-year-old monarch, took place at the Eden Project, a lavish, domed ecotourism area built into a former quarry pit. It has several giant domes that house what the project’s website calls “the largest tropical forest in captivity.”

Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge joined the G7 leaders at the reception, where Charles offered remarks during the event.
The leaders also joined The Queen for a family photo. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson accompanied the Queen to the photo with French President Emmanuel Macron next to them. Biden entered with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Leaders were socially distanced from the photo, individually from each other, as it was taken. Biden was several places away from the monarch.

US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill were also spotted arriving as they walked under the leaf-covered arches and headed for dinner.
The menu for the event was created by chef Emily Scott of the Watergate Bay Hotel in Newquay and will include Cornish turbot and new potatoes for the main course, as well as local cheeses.
Prince Charles and Prince William will then host a reception for leaders and executives of some of the world’s largest companies to discuss how the private sector can work with governments to tackle climate change.
Royal families are at the center of the British diplomatic mission to attract the United States, while Johnson is pushing for a quick free trade deal with Biden, as well as a corridor for quarantined travel this summer.

Also during the summit, the Queen – in a rare joint engagement with Camilla and Kate – will also attend an event at the Eden project in honor of the Big Lunch, which will be part of her platinum anniversary celebrations in 2022.
The charity brings together communities of events, including food and drink.
