Former Vice President Joe Biden and California Senator Kamala Harris will face the second round of democratic presidential debates on July 31. when groups of 10 Democrats struggling to overthrow President Donald Trump will go on stage in Detroit to present their 2020 agenda. The events will be broadcast on CNN.
