5] amphitheater on its 68 Monster Lake Ranch scattered and had construction crews moving large tracts of land to clear the footprint.
We are told that Kanye's team was told to suspend construction when county employees visit the site after he submitted his building permit application, but subsequent visits to the site by officials showed his team was ignoring the mandate and continues to work.
And, Take that … we're being told that Kanye's proposed meditation space was on the agenda at Tuesday's meeting for the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission, but the topic never came up because for several hours previously Kanye's team notified the commission that changed
They now tell us that Kanye is going to receive a letter from the county saying he is stopping construction … and he has to submit a whole new application for a building permit.
