Kelly Clarkson is cutting the price of the Tennessee home she once shared with former Brandon Blackstock – by more than half a million dollars, The Post can report exclusively.
The property, which has been on and off since 2017, was last included in February 2020 for $ 7.5 million. On January 6, the list changed to $ 6.95 million.
Clarkson, 38, bought the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom apartment in 2012 for just $ 2.86 million. The American Idol winner lists the property five years later after arriving in Los Angeles as a coach at The Voice.
The 20,121-square-foot mansion in the suburb of Nashville Hendersonville as a whole has changed tremendously in value, as it is on the list for the first time with a whopping $ 8.75 million.
The home includes an entrance with wide double staircases, a home cinema and a wet bar next to the pool table. Grounds include a private dock, saltwater pool and two spas.
The singer filed for divorce last June, citing irreconcilable differences. She and Blackstock have two children: a daughter, River Rose, born in June 201
In December, the singer “Since U Been Gone” accused Starstruck Entertainment – in particular Blackstock and his father Narvel – of fraud and “illegal services”. Narvel first filed a lawsuit against Clarkson, claiming that the artist owed the management company $ 1.4 million from his contract for “Glass” and will continue to owe them until he appears on the show. But Clarkson fired back, insisting that the Blackstocks were not licensed to act as agents in the state of California, adding that they were hiding the fact from her while “requiring unscrupulous fees.”
Brian Friedman, a lawyer for Starstruck Management Group, said in response to Page Six: “The Labor Petition conveniently ignores the fact that Kelly had her own [reps at] licensed CAA talent agency at all times. While Starstruck Management Group provided talent management services on its behalf, it did so at all times that the CAA was its recording agency.
In November, Clarkson received primary custody of her and Blackstock’s children.
