Lady Gaga from the Golden Globes in 201
9 is headed for auction … but it turns out that it may be stolen goods.
A Beverly Hilton maid found the dress Lady Gaga wore to the 2019 Golden Globes, where she won an award for her work in A Star is Born while cleaning the room after the show.
Lady Gaga left the dress behind, and we are told that the maid claims to have lost it and found where she sat, until the hunchies from the hotel give it to the maid – search engine guards and all the rest. And now the maid is trying to win money by auctioning it.
Here's the thing. Our Gaga sources say # 1 – the dress did not belong to Gaga. This is one Valentino who was loaned to her for the event. We are told that Valentino believes someone stole the dress or went to the police or plans to go to the cops.
As you can see, Gaga's dress is a beautiful blue Valentino Haute Couture gown designed especially for Lady Gaga with a cascading silk thread and a 10-foot train – a tribute to the dress worn by Judy Garland in the 1954 version of "A Star is Born."
The dress comes with a note from the maid … explaining how the dress comes into her possession. She says she has been employed by The Beverly Hilton for 24 years and always works at the Golden Globes.
Gaga's dress will be sold to Halloween through Nate D. Sanders Auctions, with bidding starting at $ 8,000 … ie. unless the trader cools his feet, considering what we have understood.
