Less than two weeks after the last update of iOS 13, Apple came back with another small change, this time raising the version number to iOS 13.2.3. iOS 13.2 was the latest major update when it added support for Deep Fusion Photography and AirPods Pro last month. This one fixes iPads and iPhones to address issues with built-in e-mail applications, files and notes, as well as a problem that can stop apps from downloading information in the background ̵
iOS 13.2.3 includes bug fixes and enhancements for your iPhone. This update:
- Fixes an issue where system search and Mail, Files and Notes search may not work
- Addresses an issue where photos, links, and other attachments may not appear in the details screen for
- Fixes a problem that can prevent applications from downloading content in the background
- Fixes issues that can prevent Mail from retrieving new messages and failing to include and cite original message content in Exchange accounts
It seems that no one is as pressing as the latest update, which resolves some major multitasking headaches, but you may want to install it sooner rather than later to avoid missing messages.
