Lori Loflinis a husband Mosimo Januli, was released from prison early when the dust settled on the college admission scandal ̵
1; the only question now … is he at home or is he locked in half a house?
Federal prison documents show that Mosimo is in fact already “located” in a facility called RRM Long Beach – which is a field office for residential buildings that monitors inmates returning to public life.
The RRMLB itself does NOT look like a half-house, but regulates prisoners who remain in half-houses. In addition, prisoners released at home must be routinely registered by their actual release date, according to our law enforcement sources. In the case of Mosimo, this will not happen until April 17. In other words, this place is literally just an office … not where it will stay.
So that lifts this pickle … if Mosimo is no longer behind bars, where the hell is he? It is possible that he stayed in half a house near the deadline – it is also possible that he will be sent home to serve the remaining days of his 5-month sentence.
Remember that Mosimo spends his time at FCI Lompoc, which is right next to Santa Barbara, about a two-hour drive north of Los Angeles. He registered in November, playing sports a new bald look – who had all the scars of a tough man heading for the pocket.
MG received a harsher sentence between him and Laurie for their roles in the admission scheme – after paying Rick Singer over $ 500,000 to help their daughters enter the USC … under complex and false claims, of course. After initially pleading not guilty, the couple eventually relented … and enter into a recognition transaction as pressure from prosecutors.
Laurie ended up in jail for only a few months and spent most of that time … release in December, just 2 days shy of its official release date. However, Mosimo received another three months on top of everything deals with COVID / lonely questions.
You’ll remember … Laurie was brought home by jet – but we wouldn’t expect Mosimo to receive the same treatment. He’s in Los Angeles County, and it won’t make much sense to take him back to their home in the Hidden Hills. Laurie came all the way from the bay area, so getting her (private, no less) was definitely the move.
And yet nothing says “Daddy’s home!” like wheels up, we guess.
