Charles Mansen's follower Leslie Van Hoeten was once again recommended for release on Wednesday after serving more than four decades of life for his role in the terrible murder of the cult in 1969, marking California's first chance Gavin Newsweem to decide  69-year-old Van Hauten has been recognized as suitable for release two times before by the California Council for early hearings. Every one of those times, then. Jerry Brown blocks her release after she finds she is still too guilty for Manson. in the hands of Newsweek if her case endures a 150-day review process. After being blocked by Brown, Van Hauten has taken "full responsibility" for the crime that may help her achieve a conditional release, according to her lawyer Richard Pfeiffer.

The youngest of the Manson family, Van Hauten, was among the followers of Manson's murderous cult, which stabbed Leno Lambanka's rich food store and his wife, Rosemary, in 1969. She testified of Lanka's slicing in back at least 14 times and using the couple's blood to smear messages on the walls of their home, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Ted's sister attends the hearings on Wednesday and hopes the governor will deny Van Houtten's freedom.
