Somewhere the hamburger is laughing.
McDonald’s on Friday ruled that all customers will have to wear facecloths when entering one of its restaurants.
The change begins on August 1 and is part of a number of new measures implemented by the fast food restaurant. Private dining rooms have also been out for another 30 days, and a press release said new plastic dividers will be installed in front and back of its restaurants.
“While nearly 82 percent of our restaurants are in states or areas that require face coverage for both crew and customers today, it’s important to protect the safety of everything employees and customers, “said the company.
McDonald joins CVS, Target and Walmart, requiring customers to wear a mask if they want to enter stores.
