Against the backdrop of intense media scrutiny over the relationship between Megan Markle and Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex hopes fans will one day just focus on the positive: the love the couple has for each other.
"I hope that people, the world will get to the point where they just see us as a couple who is in love, because I don't wake up every day and identify myself as something different from what I've always been," 38 the old man told host Tom Bradby in the new ITV documentary "Harry and Megan: An African Journey" (via People magazine).
"Just, I'm Megan, and I married this incredible man, and that to me is just part of our love story," she noted.

As previously announced, the upcoming special goals will give the audience a behind-the-scenes look at the couple's recent royal tour in Africa.
asks Markle how he copes with the lack of seclusion and ruthless rumors about t abloids as a new parent, to which the former American actress replies that she accepts "every day as she comes."

"I think the grass is always" explained the previous "costume" star. "You have no idea. It's really hard to understand what it is. I know what it looks like it should be, but it's a whole different thing."
Markle said she and Harry, who are the parents of Archie's 5-month-old son, have talked about being in the spotlight and all the negativism that comes with it.

"I've been saying to H for a long time, that's what I call it, 'It's not enough to just survive something,'" said Markle. "This is not the meaning of life. You have to thrive. You need to feel happy. "I really tried to perceive this British sensitivity to a 'stiff upper life.' I really tried, but I think what it does internally is probably really harmful."
The royal goes on to tell Bradby that she would be more understanding of the check if it were fair.

"I never thought it would be easy, but I thought you would be honest," Markle said. "And this is the part that is really difficult to reconcile."
